The Venue:
Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express London Epsom Downs - a stylish, modern hotel situated on the grounds of Epsom Downs Racecourse. With 120 spacious and contemporary bedrooms, this picturesque location is the ideal base for leisure or business travellers offering a place to relax and unwind ready for the following day.

Key local attraction is Epsom Downs Racecourse home to the Derby Festival - one of the most exciting and famous racing events in the world. On race days, you will be a short stroll away from the action and can even watch the horses being groomed at the stables behind the hotel. Racing packages are available to book online now!

The venue provides both indoor and outdoor space to network for those all important 1-2-1 sessions on the day.

M25 toward M23 12.9 miles

At junction 9, take the A243 exit to Leatherhead/Dorking/A24 0.3 miles

At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A243 heading to M3/M4/M40/Epsom/Cobham/Leatherhead/Dorking/London (S)/Sutton/A24
Go through 1 roundabout 1.5 miles

At Knoll Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Leatherhead Rd/A24
Continue to follow A24 1.2 miles

Turn right at Park Ln 0.2 miles
Turn right to stay on Park Ln 39 ft
Take the 1st left to stay on Park Ln 0.7 miles
Turn right at Farm Ln 0.4 miles
Take the 1st left onto Downs Rd 0.2 miles
Continue onto Langley Vale Rd 1.0 miles
