“I had a phone call from Ian on a Friday evening and we arranged to meet the next day at a local hotel. The meeting lasted 3 1/2 hours and was probably the most informative time I've spent since being at University. Ian pointed me in a direction which was completely the opposite to the approach I'd taken before. Hey;I had been a senior manager in 2 x FTSE 100 companies for 25 years and thought I knew best! However it soon became apparent to me that - I didn't, and the proof was in the pudding. I've taken Ian's advice and have applied for 3 jobs in the last 2 weeks and each has received a positive response. In fact I now have my first interview next week. Whereas for the previous 6 months of trying the results were zero.
