About Me: My corporate background was in British Gas for 18 years with a wide variety of roles. Great 7 years as Business Development Manger for Europe and then 2 years as training manager running a team that trained 1600 showroom staff as they transitioned from gas showroom to Energy centres.

6 years ago I had an idea, developed a business plan, found an investor and launched 3R Education. During this period we created 280 maths lessons covering KS1, KS2 and KS3. Everything was kept in house including video and workbook creation. Achieved a T/O of £750k in just under 2 years. Now run Which Venture Ltd with a business partner. I am married with three children and I place a great emphasis on education and development believing that the only limitation in life is in your mind.
