The true meaning of the word Transform is "To Rise above form". This indicates that there is another facet to us all which is beyond form. Science now has proven that everything is energy in motion and that nothing is actually static. They have also realised that there is a force behind the universe that is continually expanding the universe. That energy force resides within each one of us and is our higher self or "soul" that is continually creating through our physical form. Unfortunately the true creative force is often blocked by the mind programming or Ego and then the physical experience becomes out of balance and our life as we know it appears not to serve us well and turmoil can be the result. If allow ourselves to link into that which is "above form" - our inner, higher self we can find peace and love and power to re-create better life experiences.
That is what Transformation Your Gift is all about. Helping you rise above form and review areas of your life that are not serving you well and re-create from a place of Inner Power!

Unless you’re a full time professional athlete it’s pretty unlikely that you can hope to do
