The buzzword is Apprenticeships
Everytime I turn on the TV or Radio, look online or open a paper or magazine there is something about Apprenticeships.... this is great for me because it raises awareness of what I do in my day to day work. As a Business Development Advisor I am part of the National Apprenticeship Service / Skills Funding Agency "push" to ensure that everyone is better informed about all the funding available, not only for new apprentices but also for exisitng employees to gain a fully funded quaification in the workplace.
All my advisory services are free to any employer, employee, sole trader or voluntary organisation so I am expecting all Biscotti members to find out "from the horses mouth" (me!) about what is on offer and then to help me spread the word.
Let's see what happens over the coming weeks..... it should be interesting!
