I am having difficulty contacting owners of commercial property to enlighten them of the probable tax claims that may be held within their buildings.
This is something they need to look into now that the rules on claiming have changed post April 2012 Finance Bill.
It will cost nothing to find out if there is a valid claim and substantial tax advantages to be made.

Perhaps you could contact and generate relationships with commercial estate agents as a way to get recommended to owners of commercial property. Also perhaps surveyors and architects. Search on the Biscotti site for these categories of people and make contact with them.
It's not a quick fix - but then networking is a longer term strategy. -

I have just done an advanced search for you and keyed owners of commercial property within a 20 mile radius of my postcode and it gave me 1,196 results.
