Was it cancelled?
I attended a Business Biscotti meeting in Leicester today, but nobody else came! I was joined for the last 20 minutes by a fellow Business Biscotti member who I met at another meeting. What happened? Is there a way to check meetings' cancellations before wasting our time? Thanks for advice.

The only way to really know if a meeting has been cancelled is to check with the ambassador the day before. Having said that, if a meeting were to be cancelled, the ambassadors should email everyone on their meeting mailing list to inform them. So are you on the mailing lists of the meetings you attend or intend to attend. YOu can usually add yourself to the group's mailing list from the relevant Group's page.
Remember to check you spam folder for emails - some of my biscotti reminders go to my spam folder and some don't. I do not know why.
IF however you were on the mailing list and did not get a cancellation email, have a word with the ambassadors and ask them to do this in future.
Also double check on the Group site that the day / date meeting has not had either a temporary or permanent change - and of curse if the group is still running.
