I'm really excited to have just joined Excello Law. Excello Law is a "virtual" law firm. This means that whilst we have all the operational and technical support that any law firm would, all our lawyers act as self employed consultants and work remotely from home. Our lawyers are all very senior and experienced and by joining Excello we have chosen to work in a different and more flexible way. We are not bound by the targets and bureaucracy that exists in many law firms today. We are able to choose what hours we want to work and what fees we want to charge our clients. This way of working can only be beneficial to our clients as it means that they receive very high quality legal advice in a far more cost effective way. By having very little in the way of overheads we do not need to charge excessive fees in order to pay for our fancy offices and plush leather chairs.
I specialise in drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Data Protection and E-Commerce and within our team we also have dispute resolution, corporate and commercial property specialists.
