Technical consultancy firm Petrophase has achieved many award winning technical successes over the last few years but that had consumed most its time and energy.
More staff had been taken on to meet increasing project demand. This in turn had led to more administration and less time to manage the business . Petrophase needed an independent business eye to advise them how to oil the mechanics of running their business and permit further growth.
Meanwhile Beth Hughes, an experienced business consultant of Making Change Stick, was also operating her business from Wokingham. Despite being only a mile apart, neither Beth nor Brian knew of each other's existence until the Business Biscotti website was launched!
Brian spotted Beth’s consultancy on Business Biscotti and clicked the ‘Add Friend’ button.
After a face to face meeting the work scope was agreed culminating in a workshop with the Petrophase team and Beth.
