Business Biscotti and Ambassador Responsibilities

Being a Business Biscotti Ambassador Carries responsibilities.  

Please ensure that you are able to adhere to these rules before opening your group.

We are a professional organisation and all information is updated every day on the community web site.  It is imperative that all your members/visitors are aware of the Community Hub and use that as their guide to your group’s details.  http://www.businessbiscotti.co.uk

Our Responsibilities to You

We will provide:

  • advice and support in setting up and running your group
  • a corporate newsletter system – training and help
  • guidance and training relating to the website
  • box of cards (generic) and promotional material
  • pop-up exhibition banner
  • magnetic name badges
  • logos for use on LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook (social media corporate guidelines)
  • logo for use in your own promotions
  • a Business Biscotti email address for each Ambassador (if required)
  • overall management and promotion of Business Biscotti business
  • two calendar months' notice of the closing of any group (excluding any closure which maybe out of our control e.g. closure or rejection by a venue)
  • Ongoing support on marketing, new initiatives

Ambassador Responsibilities to Business Biscotti

Ambassadors undertake to:

  • act responsibly as an Ambassador
  • send out Business Biscotti invitations to the group events using the Business Biscotti corporate system put up the Business Biscotti pop-up banner at EVERY meeting
  • actively encourage attendees at group events to join the online community and participate in online activities
  • encourage contacts to become Ambassadors of other groups
  • provide a replacement Ambassador for your group should you wish to resign
  • give two calendar months' notice of your resignation (if possible)
  • keep us informed of changes to your event web page including:
  • holidays, cancellations, new ambassador details, changes to time or venue
  • contribute to the online community by running a blog or setting up a group
  • protect the brand integrity
  • comply with Business Biscotti Corporate Guidelines
  • encourage your venue to participate in the online community
