Bindles Brasserie aims to provide guests with a comfortable and relaxed dining experience. Sit back and relax in our distressed wing back chairs next to the fire, sipping on a gorgeous cocktail or why not try dining in our exclusive Glassbox area, over looking the amazing Worcester Cathedral.
We are passionate about using local ingredients and those in season. Our kitchen team search far and wide to source the best that the local area has to offer and we are proud to serve what we find. Richard Wheatley, our head chef, uses inspiration from many different areas and aims to provide a point of difference in the Worcester market, by putting interesting twists on well established classics.
