Mark is talking about Reading’s newly adopted Local Plan – the framework for development policy across Reading in the coming decade. Where will new homes spring up? How high will the skyline be? What is happening about business space? All of these questions – plus some of your own! – will be answered.

About Mark

Mark is a chartered town planner, who has been involved in planning policy in Reading since 2004. He has led the production of Reading’s newly adopted Local Plan. Prior to that, he had a background in strategic planning across Berkshire and currently chairs the grouping of planning policy leads from the Berkshire unitary authorities.
